Overview
This is a full-time, on-site, role located in Suring, WI for a Welder Fabricator. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality trailers and products. Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm. Pay is $20-$28/hour based on experience. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding tasks.
- Perform Spray Arc MIG welding techniques to join various metals including structural tubing and I-beams.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, band saws, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately.
- Operate rigging equipment such as cranes and forklifts to move heavy materials safely within the workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, kneel, stand, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to be flexible and assist in other areas of day-to-day operations including, but not limited to; building custom parts, palatizing orders for shipping, installing truck systems, gathering components for customer orders, loading/unloading delivery trucks, etc.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in manufacturing environments involving metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in Spray Arc MIG welding.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and plasma cutting equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge including assembly techniques and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Aluminum welding experience a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other rigging equipment safely; overhead crane experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in fabrication projects.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
