Job Details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Pay: $65,000 per year bonus plan
- Location: Talamore Woodbury
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Conduct tours and presentations to highlight community amenities and services.
- Support follow-up efforts with leads and inquiries to ensure timely communication.
- Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and move-ins.
- Provide administrative support for sales activities, reporting, and marketing events.
- Collaborate with community leadership and staff to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
Qualifications:
- 1 year Senior Living sales required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Goal-oriented mindset, motivated by results and professional growth.
