Resident Assistant Job Details:
- Hours: Part-time and Full-time Available
- Shift: Evening Shift 2pm - 10:15pm
- Pay: $18 - $22 / hour
- Location: 215 37th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56303 - Talamore St. Cloud

Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
- Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
- Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
- The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to case manager.
- Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
- Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
Resident Assistant Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in long-term care or assisted living residence preferred but not required.
- Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required.
- Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the residents' best interests.
