Great Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician in South Bend, IN.You receive hourly compensation with PRU piece-rate incentives, placing annual earnings between $40,000 and $85,000. Schedules flex based on job completion, with additional overtime, evening, and on-call opportunities.You oversee residential HVAC installations, guide efficient equipment removal and replacement, and ensure quality standards are met every step of the way. You handle water heater installations, coordinate recycling of outdated systems during slower seasons, support construction-style projects, and help prepare inventory and processes for peak demand.
