About Us
Great Lakes Heating & AC is a locally owned, customer-focused company dedicated to delivering exceptional comfort solutions and outstanding service. In partnership with Mini Max Storage, we are seeking a dependable, people-oriented Customer Concierge / Storage Facility Manager to support both our HVAC customers and our storage facility operations.
You’ll be part of a close-knit office team of seven who support our larger team of technicians and field staff, and you’ll have your own private office.
Position Overview
This role is a blend of customer care and storage facility management. You’ll be responsible for keeping customers happy, ensuring they have a great experience with our services, monitoring our reviews, and managing Mini Max Storage customer move-ins, move-outs, and auctions.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site hours:
- Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
(No regular weekend hours.)
Compensation
- Base Pay: $40,000 annually
- Bonuses: Extensive bonus opportunities based on performance and company results
Key Responsibilities
Customer Concierge (Great Lakes Heating & AC):
- Keep customers happy through professional, friendly, and timely communication
- Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback; help maintain a positive company reputation
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and coordination with our field technicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our systems
Storage Facility Manager (Mini Max Storage):
- Manage customer move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Handle necessary documentation and system updates
- Coordinate and assist with storage unit auctions according to company policies
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage facility
- Provide in-person and phone support to storage customers, answering questions and resolving issues

Qualifications
- Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online review platforms)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours consistently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn about our HVAC and storage services
