Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Troy, MI, for a Financial Professional at Great Lakes Financial Group of Prudential. The Financial Professional will work closely with clients to develop, implement, and manage personalized financial plans and investment strategies. Responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, educating clients on various financial products, analyzing market trends, and recommending tailored solutions to meet short- and long-term financial goals. Building strong client relationships and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis, retirement planning, and wealth management
- Strong proficiency in customer relationship management, client service, and interpersonal communication
- Strong ability to educate clients on financial products, investment options, and market trends
- Proactive sales and business development skills to attract and maintain clients
- Knowledge of securities, insurance products, and risk management strategies
- Licensed to sell securities or insurance products, or ability and willingness to obtain required licenses
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance sales, or a similar role is advantageous
