Job Overview
An associate in this position is responsible for performing kitting including: picking product, counting, bagging, weigh scaling and packing in master carton.
Responsibilities:
- Print pick ticket and pull product as required.
- Scale count and box orders for shipment.
- Perform light manufacturing and sub-assembly work in kitting department as requested.
- Keeps all work and storage areas clean and organized
- Performs other special duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Can stand comfortably for majority of shift
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Works with urgency and is quality and deadline/timeline driven.
- Must meet Great Lakes Fasteners drug testing requirements.
