We are seeking a hunter sales person who can strategically work a territory, get the win and look for the next opportunity. Are you highly competitive in everything you do? Compensation is a base salary plus commission, pay ranges from $90,000.00 to $250,000.00 and beyond, there is no cap on what you can earn!
Commercial roofing experience is necessary!

As a vital member of our sales force, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and business development to drive revenue and foster long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation strategies.
- Manage existing client accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage, increase market share, and meet sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads for inside and outside sales channels.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to measure roofs and calculate square footage, etc.
- Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward upselling and expanding account portfolios.
