What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting delicious coffee and espresso drinks with care, creativity, and precision
- Delivering top-notch customer service—from taking orders to making guests feel right at home
- Keeping the coffee bar and dining area clean, organized, and Instagram-worthy
- Assisting with food prep and handling when needed
- Using the Square POS system to take orders and process payments smoothly
- Following all food safety and hygiene standards like a pro
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service or the food industry (a big plus, but not required!)
- A passion for coffee and interest in learning coffee prep techniques
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- A team-player mindset with great attention to cleanliness and food safety
