Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Materials Technician located in Cleveland, OH. The role involves performing quality control tests, handling construction materials, conducting laboratory testing, and on-site inspections. Technicians will collect, test, and analyze various construction materials, ensure compliance with project specifications, and document findings accurately. This role requires effective communication with project managers, construction teams, and clients.

Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hr
Requirements: High School Graduate with Experience in Construction Material Testing

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection techniques
- ACI Field Testing Technician Grade I is a plus
- Sample and test materials including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple jobs at once.
- Reporting Quality Control and Material Testing Data.
- Willing to travel to out-of-town projects
- On the job training, and continuing education in acquiring additional material testing certifications
- Strong Laboratory Skills for material analysis and testing
- Ability to interpret and follow project specifications and industry standards
- Attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Previous experience in construction materials testing is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation
