Role Description The Chiropractic Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based at Great Lakes Chiropractic in Brown Deer, WI. The schedule is flexible with mornings (8am-noon), afternoons (2-6pm), or a combination available. We are seeking a positive, health-oriented, and personable individual to join our chiropractic office as a part-time assistant. Duties include
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist the doctor with patient care and office procedures
- Enter patient charges and maintain accurate records
- Order and organize office supplies
- Perform general administrative and office duties
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized office environment
Qualifications
- Candidates should be dependable and responsible, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
