Great Lakes Caulking & Waterproofing is looking for a hard-working General Laborer to join our crew! No experience needed — we'll train the right person on the job.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with caulking, sealant, and waterproofing membrane applications
- Help install epoxy flooring systems
- Support crews on a variety of waterproofing projects (commercial and residential)
- Prep job sites, move materials, and keep work areas clean and safe
- Learn hands-on skills from our crew
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual — ready to work every day
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new trade skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous construction/labor experience helpful but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
