Key Accountabilities
The Senior Dynamics Business Analyst / Business Reporting position focuses on understanding the business data, processes and reporting in Dynamics 365. Additionally, responsible for the daily maintenance of Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
- Full understanding of the data housed in D365
- Full understanding of the business processes that drives D365
- Liaison between business units and IT regarding D365
- Maintain and support SK Global’s Treasury Automation and SignUp Software’s Exflow modules
- End user support for all D365 user questions and issues
- Report writing utilizing MS Power BI, Sigma and Jet reports
- Work with EDI Coordinator on D365 / EDI issues
- Performing staff & user training as well as writing user documentation
- Update D365 and its’ modules. Also update data in Test and Stage environments
- Utilize Great Kitchen’s helpdesk ticketing system
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years experience with an ERP solution in a manufacturing and or distribution environment. (Oracle, AX, D365 or similar)
- Microsoft D365 implementation and integrations preferred
- Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions and providing solid process and technical recommendations
- Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
- Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders.
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SK Global Treasury Automation and SignUp’s Exflow preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI
