Skills, Education, and Experience
- Minimum of 45 college credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of early childhood education experience.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of childcare licensing, classroom operations, and health and safety practices.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Flexible with schedules, assignments, and work hours.
- Ability to respond calmly and appropriately in emergency situations.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
