Spanish at Great Hearts:
- All Spanish courses are taught in a full-immersion style classroom (speaking, listening, reading, and writing only in the language from day 1)
- Spanish is offered both at the K-5 level and in high school.
- All courses are taught liberally for the cultivation of the mind and culminate in the reading of canonical literary works, which are examined through reading, class discussion, and writing assignments.
Requirements for teaching:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree is required for a lead teaching role
- Certification is not required for general education
- All majors are welcome
