Host/ Hostess (Full-Time or Part-Time)

What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and genuine kindness
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A natural sense of hospitality and desire to make guests feel at home
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Must be at least 18 years old due to Missouri alcohol service laws (position includes to-go beer sales).
- Prior experience as a host/hostess is a plus, but not required - we are happy to train the right person!
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting every guest with genuine warmth and hospitality
- Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently and courteously
- Coordinating seating and table flow to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Communicating clearly with the serving and kitchen teams to maintain seamless service
- Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entry area
- Assisting with guest inquiries and offering menu or beer recommendations when appropriate
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for each guest’s visit
