Key Responsibilities
- Bar Operations
- Prepare and serve beer, classic cocktails, and specialty drinks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
- Guest Service
- Deliver friendly and attentive service to bar and restaurant guests
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Serve drinks to guests at the bar and to servers for restaurant tables
- Menu Development
- Collaborate with the team to create and refine seasonal drink menus
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and the rest of the hospitality team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, engaging personality
- TIPS or Safe Serve certification is a plus
