Early Morning Production

Great Harvest Bread in De Pere, WI is looking for an early morning Baker/Bread and Sweets Maker to join our Production Crew. Our ideal candidate is a morning person (seriously, we start at 4a.m.) and can get excited about making bakery from scratch using freshly-milled whole wheat flour and natural ingredients. You knead to be someone who will take pride in creating quality products.

Responsibilities

*Follow recipes and processes to create mmm-Mazing bakery items, including Bread, Cookies, Muffins, Scones, Biscotti, Mixes, Etc. *Maintain a clean and organized production space *Do simple math to determine daily batch sizes and measure ingredients *Package and present products *Clean and Organize (it can be a crumby job!) *Customer Service (we all play a role in serving bakery visitors)

Qualifications

*Reliability is an absolute must... our day begins with You! *Ability to accurately follow recipes/processes *Good personal hygene *Ability to work Safely, Quickly, Cleanly and Consistently *Endurance to stand for entire shift and keep up in a fast-paced work environment *Strength to lift 50# bags of flour *Good attitude, friendly demeanor and strong work ethic *ServSafe or other FoodService Certifications are a plus, but not necessary... we'll breaducate ya!

You doughn't have to have bakery experience to apply, but you must be reliable, ready to work, and able to radiate the good vibes our bakery is known for. "Great Bread... Open Positions include (Monday-Friday):

Early Morning Production - Bread & Sweets (4am-Noon)

Production Assistant/Baker (6am-2pm or 7-3pm)

Sandwich Specialist/Midshift (6am-2pm or 7:30-3:30pm)

Bread Slinger/Closing Crew (10:30-6:30pm or 3-6:30pm)

Saturday Shifts:

Sandwich Specialist (6am-2pm)

Bread Slinger/Closing Crew (7am-3pm)

Also seeking assistance for Farmers Market Season at Wednesday (1-9pm) and Saturday (5:30am-1pm) Downtown Green Bay Farmers Markets during summer months.
