Duties

- Assist in food production processes, ensuring all items are prepared according to recipes and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Support catering events by preparing specialty items and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing products
Requirements
- Proven experience in bread baking, or pastry arts within a food industry setting
- Strong skills in food handling, preparation, and presentation with attention to detail
- Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is highly desirable
- Basic knife skills, proficiency in food production techniques, and familiarity with culinary tools
