What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Great Harvest Bread Company?
We are looking for a Baker to bake phenomenal bread and amazing sweet treats from scratch in a fun and exciting environment. Baker responsibilities include opening the bakery early in the morning ( we start at 4am!) , mixing dough, preparing cookies, cinnamonal rolls, muffins just to name a few. No experience is needed. You just need to come with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You are the heart and soul of our bakery and will be ultimately responsible for making sure we offer fresh and delicious breads and sweets to our customers on a daily basis. Must be available 4-5 days per week from 4am to 12pm.
Responsibilities
- Open the bakery early in the morning
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Bake different bread types and sweet treats.
Skills
- No experience needed.

- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
- Food Handler's Permit
