Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and food orders
- Prepare food items according to safety standards, including handling ingredients and operating kitchen equipment
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including sanitation of food prep areas and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards and sanitation regulations
Experience
- Food preparation or culinary experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
