Overview: Part time 25 - 35 hours a week, Monday to Saturday
We’re looking for a friendly, dedicated, and energetic Customer Service to join our team! In this role, you’ll help ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience through excellent service, attention to detail, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with orders in a prompt, courteous manner
- Prepare sandwiches and salads quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Restock and organize merchandise and inventory
- Update inventory records as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a high level of service
- Answer phones with professionalism and follow proper phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Strong cash-handling and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to problem-solve and resolve customer concerns efficiently
