Customer Service Representative / Car Wash Team Member

Great Gatsby Auto Spa is a premium hand car wash and detailing company dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional vehicle care. We are looking for a dependable, friendly team member who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on position that combines customer service with vehicle care. No previous car wash or detailing experience is required—we provide paid training.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a positive first impression.
- Process payments and operate the front counter.
- Answer customer questions and recommend services based on their needs.
- Help coordinate vehicle flow throughout the day.
- Assist with hand washes and vehicle detailing as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver excellent service during busy periods.
