Must have had extensive phone sales experience, we are looking for an expert who knows how to sell and must be accustomed to selling on the phone, being rejected multiple times with no loss of motivation.

Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming calls; handle questions, explain financial program, and set appointment with potential borrower.
- Make outgoing calls to prospects that have shown interest in our financial product and try to establish an appointment.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
- Ability to input information into company CRM Program.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a phone sales role.
- Bilingual. (English and Spanish).
- Basic Computer Knowledge. (Windows, Email, etc.)
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Good work ethic.
- Upbeat, engaging and organized.
