Part-time Automotive Dealbooker

Great Falls Subaru is looking for a Part-Time Automotive Deal Booker to join our Accounting team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The Deal Booker plays an important role in making sure vehicle deals are processed accurately and efficiently from the time a vehicle is sold through final paperwork and submission.

What You'll Do

• Process and book completed vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
• Review deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Verify customer, vehicle, financing, trade-in, and other deal information
• Ensure required signatures and documentation are complete
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Enter and maintain deal information in dealership systems
• Organize and maintain deal jackets and supporting documentation
• Help ensure deals are processed and submitted in a timely manner
• Follow dealership policies and procedures for documentation and compliance
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

• Previous automotive dealership, accounting, finance, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Part-time — approximately 20 hours per week

Schedule can be discussed based on candidate availability and dealership needs.
