- Assist with onboarding, orientation, training coordination, and employee development programs
- Build strong relationships with employees to support retention and career growth opportunities
- Maintain employee files, HR systems, certifications, training records, and compliance documentation
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll support tasks, certified payroll setup, and wage classifications
- Coordinate employee engagement activities including appreciation events, BBQs, and company gatherings
- Support managers with performance documentation and HR-related processes
- Track workforce development metrics, recruiting effectiveness, and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Safety, Operations, and Marketing teams on company initiatives and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality while supporting HR operations and employee relations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/timekeeping systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
