Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage service calendars
- Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain customer records and service documentation
- Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support technicians and management with administrative needs
- Handle emails and general office correspondence
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of automotive services is a plus (not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
