This position is located at our corporate office in Southfield, MI and has a hybrid schedule of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in office and Wednesday/Friday remote.

What You’ll Bring To The Team…
- Local Marketing Execution: Support development and execution of local marketing plans and initiatives, tailored to the specific needs of individual dental offices within the assigned region.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This includes developing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and tracking progress.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with practice managers and regional leadership to understand their marketing goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance. Effectively communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors as directed to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to GEDC brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Design and Content Creation: Create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email templates. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices, particularly in local and digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience supporting multiple locations or businesses.
- Experience in the dental or multi-site healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., email/SMS campaigns, social media, local SEO).
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software, including HubSpot, Birdeye, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
