Human Resources Recruitment Administrative Assistant

Are you passionate about helping people and creating a welcoming first impression? As the Human Resources Recruitment Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a key resource for applicants and employees, guiding them through recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes. You will provide remarkable customer service, support hiring and employee-focused programs, and help ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with Recruitment in Human Resources. Using your bilingual English and Spanish communication skills, you will foster an inclusive environment while connecting individuals with the resources they need to succeed.

What You Will Do

As the Human Resources Recruitment Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional Human Resources experience.
• Support the recruitment and hiring process by processing applications, coordinating pre-employment screenings, and preparing new hire documentation, including I-9 verification.
• Assist candidates and hiring managers throughout the application, interview, onboarding, and hiring processes.
• Maintain employee records and complete post-employment administrative functions, including system updates and data entry.
• Provide bilingual English-Spanish interpretation and translation services to support applicants, employees, managers, and company initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior customer service/employee relations experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 18 Years or older

Desired:

• Knowledge of resort operations
• Previous human resources experience

Schedule

Days:

• • Monday through Friday | Saturdays during Peak Seasons | Holidays when needed

Hours:

• • 40 hours per week; additional overtime hours may be required during peak periods, special projects, or as business needs require
  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation

Pay: $16.50/Hour
