What You’ll Do
- Tackle maintenance tasks big and small — from plumbing and electrical repairs to general building upkeep.
- Keep our properties looking sharp with regular exterior clean-up and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to tenant service requests and close out tickets with accuracy.
- Team up with supervisors, property managers, and outside contractors to get the job done right.
- Be part of an on-call rotation (because things happen after hours too).
What We’re Looking For
- A problem-solver who can juggle tasks and stay organized.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation, your own basic hand tools, and be able to pass a drug test.
