Busy and Fast-growing Pennsylvania based non-skilled Home Care Agency is looking for a sales and marketing personnel. As a marketing manager assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan to support the strategic objectives of the Home Care Agency.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- At least two years experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home care operations.
- To find potential Clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients
- Serve as a resource and provide current information and education to referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, independent living communities, senior centers, and physician offices.
- Work with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate referral sources about available home care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
