Position Overview
This is not just an administrative role—it is a key position within our studio that supports both our internal team and the overall client experience.
We are seeking someone who is naturally organized, proactive, and takes pride in doing things the right way the first time. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys being an essential part of a collaborative, design-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment, including managing discontinued samples
- Coordinate schedules and set appointments with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage client and vendor communication via email with clarity and attention to detail
- Track, prepare, and send purchase orders with precision
- Produce and distribute branded newsletters and communications
- Prepare and send letters of agreement
- Provide consistent administrative and operational support to the design team
