As a Lead Generation Manager, your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to)
- Generate leads that generate sales for our home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.
- Research, book, and negotiate these events you and your crew will be working.
- Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.
- Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before and after every event.
- Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.
- A high-energy, positive, and focused attitude!
- Approachable and friendly personality.
- An excellent interpersonal communication background.
- Can self-motivate and problem solve.
- Can lead a team to succeed while maintaining a fun work environment.
- Computer literacy and technologically inclined, including expansive use of Microsoft Office / Office 365.
- Marketing / Sales / Customer Service Experience (Marketing / Sales degree not required, but recommended)
- Open Weekend Availability
