Universal Windows Direct - Field Marketing Manager
Base Salary: $70,000 PLUS monthly Bonus!
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for researching, creating, developing and managing local partnerships, shows/events and field marketing efforts focused on lead generation and managing a team of field marketing representatives. This position plays a key role in the Universal Windows Direct Marketing Department and reports to the National Field Marketing Manager.
We will train you on our company software and lead generation system. Universal Windows Direct is part of the Great Day Improvements family of brands
Responsibilities
· Research, register for and coordinate local events, sponsorships, and canvassing locations to maximize sales leads/appointments generated in the field
· Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations for replacement windows for Universal Windows Direct (UWD) local sales representatives
· Recruit, hire, train and mentor field marketing teams that operate throughout the local area
· Manage budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) per event/show
· Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with your manager
· Manage and approve payroll entries and updates and schedule your teams
· Evaluate performance results to identify areas for improvement
· Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team
· Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary
Qualifications
· 2 years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing, retail and/or outside sales
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to grasp software for lead generation and reporting, oversee budgets and develop reports, lead a team or teams of field marketers and demonstrate products and engage with potential customers
· Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
· Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have the ability to travel using a personal vehicle
· Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
