What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Field Supervisor who is ready to lead by example and deliver exceptional results!
Qualifications2 years of construction field operations experience
You Should Have:Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods
The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
General technology knowledge
Excellent organization and time management
The ability to think quickly and adapt in the field
A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills
The ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win-win solutions every time.

Meet or exceed branch revenue goals
Maintain outstanding 90-Day Branch Quality
Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines
Achieve 90% customer satisfaction on service surveys
Develop Winning TeamsApprentice Installer within 3 months
Installer Lead Installer within 9 months
Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months
Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations
