- Lead, motivate, and support our talented team of stylists

- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales goals

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Cosmetology License in the state of Utah
- Previous salon management experience or strong leadership experience in a fast-paced service environment
- A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- A team player who can coach and inspire others while rolling up your sleeves when needed
