What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and beard trims for men, women, and children in a fast-paced, friendly setting.
- Utilize Great Clips’ industry-leading ClipNotes® system to track client preferences and deliver consistent quality every visit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that makes every client feel welcomed, valued, and confident.
- Keep your station and the salon clean, sanitized, and ready for guests.
- Collaborate with a positive, tight-knit team of passionate hair professionals.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Active New Mexico Cosmetology or Barber License (or in the final stages of obtaining/transferring one).
- Skills: Proficient in fundamental hair cutting techniques with a desire to keep learning.
- Attitude: Friendly, dependable, customer-focused, and eager to work in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
