Frequent and regular feedback is what we all want. It’s the only way we know if we are doing a good job and growing.

You’ll have regular one-on-ones with your manager. Each month you’ll receive a quality check on a haircut and discuss your overall performance that month with your manager. Each year you’ll participate in an annual performance discussion and pay review. Every day you can get feedback and communication from your co-stylists.

Assistant Managers at our Great Clips salon earned between $34.56 and $41.61 per hour last week. With a base wage of $19.75-$20.75/hour, the average compensation across our 23 salons is $32.55 per hour.
