Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, styling, shampoo, beard trims.
- Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional recommendations, and upselling retail products.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance skills through training sessions or workshops.
- Assist in store management tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology license with experience in hair styling techniques.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform retail sales with upselling skills to promote hair care products.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
