Responsibilites :
- Perform hair-cutting and styling services based on client requests
- Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
- Provide consultations to clients on hair care and styling options
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workstations and tools
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Familiarity with store management practices (nice-to-have)
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Capability to mentor junior stylists (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency in salon software for scheduling and inventory management
- Understanding of sanitation practices in a salon environment
- Strong customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
