We’re currently hiring for the following licensed positions:
- Full-time Hair Stylists/Cosmetologists
- Part-time Hair Stylists/Cosmetologists (minimum 20 hours/week)

Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License
- Minimum experience: 3 years preferred
- Strong hair-cutting/barbering and customer service skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Enthusiastic team player who loves making people look and feel GREAT
Available Shifts:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair care and styling services to customers, ensuring personalized consultations and style and product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and safe barbering techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the team through mentoring, training, and collaborating with management on store operations and performance.

The Shear Results Team
Pay: $13.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
