Who We're Looking For
You don't have to be the loudest person in the room to be a great leader.
But you do need to care about people, take ownership, communicate clearly, and be willing to coach.
We're looking for someone with:
- A valid Oklahoma cosmetology or barber license
- A passion for the hair industry
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Dependability and accountability
- A desire to coach and develop others
- Availability to work approximately 35–40 hours per week, including weekends
Previous salon management experience is preferred, but strong Assistant Managers and experienced Hair Stylists or Barbers with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
