You’ll provide essential support to individuals who need help with daily living tasks while offering companionship, dignity, and compassion.
Duties
As a PSS, you’ll help clients live comfortably and safely at home. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Preparing light meals and supporting feeding when needed
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, making beds)
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Documenting care provided and reporting changes to the care team
Experience
We’re looking for caring individuals who are dependable, respectful, and eager to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- PSS certification or willingness to complete training (we’ll help!)
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus—but not required
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others
