The Great Bend Tribune has full time opening for administrative Assistants/Customer Service Reps. Partial job description: Answer telephones, process subscription orders, and assist in documenting and resolving customer service issues. Experience/Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/ GED required; some college is a plus; previous experience with Windows, MS Office, Excel and data input required. Previous customer service experience required. Good telephone/ people skills are a must. Previous clerical experience is strongly desired but we will train the right person. Punctuality, Dependability and Accuracy are required. Hours 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am- 4pm Friday, 8am-9am Saturday. We offer a competitive starting salary and an excellent benefits package.
