Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Childcare Manager to oversee our Saturday childcare program. This role is perfect for someone passionate about working with young children and creating a positive, nurturing atmosphere. As the Childcare Manager, you will lead a team of caregivers, ensure safety protocols are followed, and facilitate engaging activities that promote childhood development. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Saturday childcare activities, ensuring all children are engaged and safe at all times
• Lead and support a team of childcare staff, providing guidance and fostering teamwork
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum that encourages creativity, social skills, and learning
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures including first aid protocols, CPR/AED operation, and behavior management policies
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities and well-being
• Organize outdoor play and youth group activities that promote physical activity and social interaction
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and company policies related to childcare

Requirements

• Nevada Director Qualification: Must currently meet Nevada Registry / Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) Child Care Licensing requirements to act as an On-Site Director (e.g., Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent coursework/experience required by NV licensing).
• Active Nevada Registry Account: Active membership with a verified career lattice level reflecting Director eligibility.
• Clearances: Must pass a Nevada Department of Public Safety / FBI background check and Child Abuse and Neglect Tracking System (CANTS) check.
• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Mandatory Training: Completed NV initial training requirements (Signs and Symptoms of Child Abuse, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Medication Administration, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a licensed early childhood facility, including administrative or supervisory experience.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
