Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license with 2-3 years of recent leadership experience in an acute care setting
- BSN preferred; Associates in Nursing accepted
- Current BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Demonstrated experience in staff development and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
