Enjoy cutting-edge surgical suites, predictable staffing, on-call support, and exceptional professional development opportunities.This is more than just a job—it's your chance to grow, thrive, and make a difference every day.Key Responsibilities:As a Surgical Technologist (Tech II), you'll be a critical part of the perioperative team, ensuring each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently.Prepare surgical suites with sterile instruments, equipment, and suppliesAssist in transporting, positioning, prepping, and draping patientsScrub in and support surgeons by anticipating needs and passing instrumentsMonitor patient safety and surgical equipment during proceduresMaintain strict sterile technique and ensure efficient room turnoverCollaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia teams to deliver optimal careQualifications:We're looking for experienced Surgical Techs who are passionate about surgical excellence.Minimum 1 year of experience as an OR Surgical TechnologistMust be able to first scrub in at least three of the following specialties:Robotic SurgeryTotal Joint ReplacementNeuro/Spine ProceduresVascular SurgeryGraduate of an accredited Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT) programActive CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) certification – required upon hireBLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) – required upon hireCompensation & Perks:We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience:Hourly Pay Range: $25–$35/hr (up to max with 17 years of experience)Sign-On Bonus:$15,000 for Tech II$20,000 for Tech IIIShift Differentials: $3/hr for Nights and WeekendsOn-Call Pay: $3/hrRelocation Assistance AvailableComprehensive health, dental, vision & retirement benefitsPaid time off, tuition reimbursement, and certification supportWhy You'll Love Working in Kansas City, MOKansas City offers an unbeatable mix of urban amenities and affordable living.
