What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Representative position at Great Bay Insurance Group?
Claims Representative position investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving Homeowners insurance claims. Requires quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle (customer contacts, coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution) including maintaining full compliance with internal and external quality standards and state-specific regulations. We are seeking an adjuster with at least three years of homeowners insurance experience. Field experience and ability to write a property estimate is a plus. You must have a good working knowledge of Xactimate and have strong working knowledge of Homeowners HO3, HO5 and HO6 policies. Adjusters licenses is a plus.
