Pay Rate: $34.00–$46.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Overtime Available

Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking skilled Instrumentation Technicians for a long-term industrial project in Magna, Utah. Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial instrumentation systems.
- Perform calibration and testing of:
- Pressure transmitters
- Temperature transmitters
- Differential pressure transmitters
- Flow and level instruments
- Control valves
- Utilize process meters, HART communicators, pressure pumps, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Perform signal sourcing and simulation for instrumentation devices.
- Assist with basic PLC troubleshooting and understand Analog and Discrete I/O systems.
- Perform basic tubing bending and installation.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, electrical schematics, and instrumentation diagrams.
- Maintain safe work practices while supporting plant operations and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial instrumentation experience required.
- Experience working in refineries, mines, chemical plants, or oil & gas facilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting.
- Experience using process meters, HART communicators, and calibration equipment.
- Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial control loops.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
- Must have reliable transportation and your own hand tools with a basic cordless tool set.
- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
