Positions Available: 4 Apprentice Electricians

Start Date: Wednesday, 6/26

Duration: Minimum of 2 weeks, with forecast for extension

What You'll Do:

• Learn and Grow: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair

of electrical systems under the expert guidance of journeyman electricians.

• Get Hands-On: Dive into interpreting and following electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints.

• Build Skills: Help with the installation of wiring, fixtures, and equipment, and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.

• Tool Up: Master the safe and effective use of power tools and hand tools.

• Stay Safe: Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area, because a tidy workspace is a safe workspace.

What We're Looking For:

• Education & Training: Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent training.

• Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring, and familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

• Skill Set: Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

• Mindset: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Experience: Prior experience or training in industrial or commercial electrical work is a plus, and basic knowledge of build and frame carpentry is preferred.

• Physical Stamina: Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
